A cycle of 3 is a creative cycle with a completion of learning to more awareness and discovery of you and your baby and the potency of kundalini and yoni shakti that already resides within you. If you would like to work as a couple for trimester 3: During session the father will also learn to support and align in union through meditative primal birthing positions together and synchronised breathwork.
