WHERE BIRTH MEETS TRANSITIONS OF LIFE

Meet Darshna

Founder, Teacher & Creator of Kundalini Magnetic Resonance Therapy®

I am Darshna Parmar, founder of Conscious Womb Birthing School and creator of Kundalini Magnetic Resonance Therapy®.

My work began with a question:

What happens when spiritual awakening is not just something we experience but something we learn to embody?

I was deeply spiritual and yet profoundly disconnected from my own body.

I had experienced awakening, studied yoga and Ayurveda, worked with women's health and fertility, explored energy medicine and sacred traditions — but I could not find a training that brought these worlds together in a way that made sense inside the female body.

So I began to listen differently.

I stopped looking only outside myself for the answer and began placing my attention inside the body.

That became the beginning of a completely different relationship with life, the feminine body and Kundalini.

Through my own experiences of spiritual awakening, healing, women's health, Ayurveda, yoga, fertility work and the profound thresholds of life, I began developing what would become Kundalini Magnetic Resonance Therapy®.

KMRT® was not created as a concept.

It emerged through years of lived experience, study, practice, observation and working with women.

Who we are:

Today, that work forms the foundation of Conscious Womb Birthing School.

Why Conscious Womb Birthing School Exists

There is a growing number of women who are spiritually awake, highly intuitive and already deeply committed to their personal development — but who want to understand how to bring that awareness fully into the body.

There are also thousands of women already supporting others through:

  • yoga

  • women's circles

  • fertility work

  • birthwork

  • doula care

  • midwifery

  • therapy

  • somatic practice

  • energy healing

  • Ayurveda

  • feminine embodiment

  • bodywork

  • spiritual counselling

  • holistic health

  • sacred sexuality

  • rites of passage

Yet many practitioner trainings separate the body from spirit.

We believe they belong together.

The body is not separate from spiritual experience.

The nervous system, the senses, the womb, the breath, the cycles, sexuality, instinct, intuition and life force are all part of the lived experience of being human.

CWBS exists to help practitioners develop a deeper capacity to work with that experience.

What is Spiritual Birthwork ?

Spiritual birthwork is the practice of supporting the emotional, physical, energetic and spiritual dimensions of birth and the profound transitions surrounding it. Birth can be understood as more than a physiological event.

For many women, pregnancy, conception, childbirth, miscarriage, postpartum and motherhood are profound rites of passage that can transform identity, relationships, sexuality, spirituality and the relationship with the body.

Spiritual birthwork does not replace medical care or clinical maternity services.

Instead, it explores the dimensions of birth that are often difficult to measure but deeply meaningful to the woman experiencing them — including presence, intuition, ritual, embodiment, emotional support, spiritual connection and the transition into a new identity.

At CWBS, we are interested in the whole woman.

The body, The nervous system, The psyche, The womb, The life force.

The relationship with spirit and especially the practitioner who is holding the space.

Who Is Conscious Womb Birthing School For?

CWBS is particularly suited to women who already have experience in caring, healing, body-based or spiritual work and want to take their practice deeper.

You may be a:

Yoga Teacher

You already understand breath, movement, awareness and the body — and want to develop a deeper understanding of feminine embodiment, Kundalini and women's rites of passage.

Therapist or Counsellor

You work with women emotionally and psychologically and want to develop greater somatic and energetic awareness within your existing practice.

Holistic Healer

You already work with energy, natural health, Ayurveda, bodywork or complementary therapies and want to deepen your understanding of the female body and life force.

Feminine Embodiment Practitioner

You support women to reconnect with their bodies, sexuality, cycles, intuition or feminine identity and want a deeper practitioner framework.

Doula or Birthkeeper

You already hold space around pregnancy and birth and feel called to explore the spiritual, energetic and sacred dimensions of birth.

Midwife or Birth Professional

You have a professional understanding of physiological birth and want to explore complementary approaches to spiritual, emotional and embodied support.

Fertility Practitioner

You work with women navigating conception, fertility or pregnancy and want to explore the deeper relationship between body, consciousness, womb and spirit.

Ayurvedic or Somatic Practitioner

You understand that the body communicates through sensation, rhythm and subtle shifts and want to develop your capacity to listen to those signals.

The Spiritually Awakened Woman

You may not yet have a professional qualification in birthwork. You may simply know that you are being called into deeper service.

You have done the yoga and the meditation.

The inner work with the spiritual seeking and now something inside you is asking:

“How do I bring all of this into my actual life and into meaningful service to other women?”

That is where this work begins…

Our Philosophy

Embodiment Before Information

We don't believe that becoming a powerful practitioner is simply about accumulating more knowledge.

It is about developing the capacity to feel, listen, perceive and respond.

Our approach is embodied rather than purely intellectual.

We work with the felt experience of the body, nervous system, energetic awareness and instinctive intelligence.

Because the woman sitting in front of you does not only experience her life through her thoughts.

She experiences it through her whole body.

Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Practice

The Origin:

The Conscious Womb Birthing School draws inspiration from Yoga, Tantra, Ayurveda, Kundalini philosophy, somatic awareness, energy medicine, feminine embodiment and natural law.

These traditions are brought into a practical practitioner framework rather than being taught simply as philosophy.

The intention is not to escape the body through spirituality. It is to bring spiritual awareness into the body.

Kundalini Magnetic Resonance Therapy®

At the heart of Conscious Womb Birthing School is Kundalini Magnetic Resonance Therapy® KMRT®, is a modality created by Darshna Parmar.

It is a polarity therapy and embodied energetic approach developed through years of study, practice and working with women and brings together principles of Kundalini, somatic awareness, energetic anatomy, Ayurveda, yoga and kinaesthetic listening.

A central skill within the work is kinaesthetic listening developing sensitivity to what the body is communicating beneath words and developing the practitioner's ability to work with the lived experience of the body.

Rather than treating spiritual awakening as something separate from everyday life, KMRT® focuses on the relationship between life force, awareness, embodiment and the nervous system.

The practitioner develops the capacity to become more present, perceptive and embodied in the way she works with another woman.

You do not have to become a traditional birth doula to benefit from this training:

You do not have to become a traditional birth doula to benefit from this training. Many practitioners integrate the work into an existing practice with women across different stages of life.

The deeper question is:

How can you become a practitioner whose presence supports another woman to reconnect with herself?

Birth Is More Than an Event

At CWBS, we see birth as one expression of a much larger human experience.

There is the birth of a baby. But there is also the birth of a mother.

The birth of a new identity. The ending of an old life.

The beginning of another the experience of miscarriage and the experience of loss.

The transition into menopause.

The awakening of sexuality.

The return to the body.

The emergence of a new spiritual path.

These are all thresholds and thresholds need people who know how to hold them.

This is the deeper purpose of the Soulful Doula.

Not simply to attend a birth but to understand the woman moving through it.

Our Approach to Women's Embodiment is that we believe women deserve practitioners who can see the whole picture.

Not just the symptom or the story.

Not just the pregnancy or just the body.

Not just the spiritual experience but the relationship between them.

Our work is therefore grounded in:

Body.

Breath.

Awareness.

Nervous system.

Life force.

Intuition.

Embodiment.

Spirit.

We teach practitioners to develop their own embodied presence first.

Because you cannot sustainably hold space for another woman from a place of disconnection from yourself.

The practitioner is part of the medicine.

A Global Community of Soulful Practitioners

Conscious Womb Birthing School has grown into an international community of women from diverse professional and spiritual backgrounds.

Our practitioners come from fields including holistic health, reflexology, yoga, women's work, bodywork, spiritual practice, fertility support and other complementary disciplines.

Some work directly within birth.

Others integrate KMRT® and feminine embodiment into their existing practices.

What connects them is not a single professional background.

It is a shared commitment to serving women through embodied, conscious and spiritually grounded practice.

Our Accreditations

Conscious Womb Birthing School's practitioner training has been accredited through the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).

Our approach brings together complementary and holistic traditions including Yoga, Ayurveda, Tantra, polarity therapy, somatic awareness and energetic practice.

We are committed to developing practitioners who work with integrity, discernment, professional responsibility and respect for the boundaries between complementary practice and medical care.

Welcome to your community:

Darshna's Journey

My professional journey has never been a straight line.

I began studying Ayurveda and complementary therapies after a profound spiritual awakening.

My own health journey then changed the direction of my life and deepened my understanding of the relationship between body, consciousness and healing.

I went on to work with women around fertility, pregnancy, embodiment and spiritual experience.

Along the way I encountered shamanic midwifery, sacred rites of passage, yoga, Ayurveda, polarity therapy and other wisdom traditions.

The pieces began to connect.

KMRT® emerged.

The Conscious Womb Birthing School followed.

What began as a personal journey became a practitioner pathway.

And what began with one woman's search for integration became a global community of women learning how to serve from a more embodied place.

From Spiritual Awakening to Embodied Service

There is a point on the spiritual path when collecting more information stops being the answer.

You may already have experienced profound meditation.

  • Kundalini awakening.

  • Ceremony.

  • Yoga.

  • Tantra.

  • Energy work.

  • Therapy.

  • Personal development.

And still find yourself asking:

How do I actually live this?

How do I bring spiritual awareness into my relationships?

My body?

My work?

My sexuality?

My nervous system?

My service?

This is the territory CWBS is interested in.

Not another awakening but the embodiment of the one you've already had.

If You Feel Called to This Work

You do not need to arrive knowing everything or to have the perfect background.

You do not need to fit one particular professional identity. But you do need a genuine desire to deepen your relationship with the body, women's wisdom, spiritual birthwork and conscious service.

Perhaps you are

  • a yoga teacher who knows there is another layer to your work.

  • a therapist who wants to bring the body more fully into your practice.

  • a healer who feels called toward women's rites of passage.

  • a doula or birthkeeper who wants to understand the spiritual dimensions of birth.

  • a midwife who wants to explore complementary approaches to embodied and spiritual support.

Or you simply know that your next chapter involves serving women in a deeper way.

If that is you, welcome.

You may have found the beginning of that path.

Welcome to Conscious Womb Birthing School. Where spiritual birth meets embodied practice and ancient wisdom meets the modern woman.

Where the practitioner becomes the practice and birth is honoured as a physiological, emotional, embodied and sacred threshold.

Where women are supported not simply to become more spiritual but to become more fully embodied in the life they are here to live.

Welcome to CWBS.

Welcome to the work.

Welcome home.

Namaste…

The most important practice has been through my own kundalini awakening and healing journey, sitting in silence and listening to my consciousness understanding the various levels of astral connection through direct experience of emotional consciousness. Experience is the KEY. I learned the most from consulting with clients since 2010, healing through my own breast cancer journey. Reading and diving into my own psyche. Which continues on my soul path to serve with integrity.

Eradicating beliefs from my cellular memory. 11 years of hours per day in deep meditation to understand expansion, energy flow on every level of BEING, merging BODY, MIND, SPIRIT. Expansion of my chakra system and Kundalini alignment. This is how my mediumship developed.

Study and comprehension of old Vedic wisdom in alignment with new energy of the quantum field. Thought processes, neuroplasticity and epigenetics. Most IMPORTANTLY my own connection to my higher self and straight guidance from Spirit from the heart has taken me and continuing on the best journey of my life!

IT TAKES DEVOTION…
