pregnancy trimester 2

primal toning sound practice is understanding your resonance to an incoming rhythm.

which will be your babies soul.

through your orgasmic rhythm expanding and contracting into more flow.

meditation expression to see & feel your somatic response

Primal sounds come from the throat during sex it is a signal to the body to release from the mouth. This opens up the pelvic cavity.

The openings of the larynx mimic the vaginal walls. Both working in response to nature and kundalini energy.

The element of air allows this to move prana through breath and movement to open up to an orgasmic birth.

Opening up the jaw bones to loosen the facial muscles and tongue reflexes to engage in birth help to open up the cervix. As kundalini works as a neuro transmitter.

THE BIRTH AXIS

The Birth axis routine is a daily practise keeping the spirit baby aura attuned to your body. As the kundalini expands in relationship with the spirit baby moving in and out of the mother’s auric field getting to know its own body. Alignment through the earth the root chakra is important. Creating more unity with the baby and its higher self. It teaches the baby how to birth itself. A guiding light

The steps as follows through somatic gesture and movement.

This guides the higher self into an axis to follow and will assimilate the light through the kundalini life force into the physical body.

The spirit baby will feel the axial movements and know how to follow it through the silent energy movement which is the octave in oscillation. Creating resonance.

The sound of birth. Each breath, mudra and emotion the earth and cosmos hears and acknowledges your desire. Through somatic gesture. It aligns all expansion.

The feeling through your emotional body. Your higher self and guides will be through the breath and acknowledgement of spirit and earth as conscious beings.

With each step move consciously with love. Taking the inhale through the yoni to the crown and exhaling deep back down into the hips. The longer the breath and slow conscious movement. The more vibration your body can hold and adjust kundalini expansion.

so hum mudra alignment home practise

building resonance with the incoming soul through sound

Soham or Sohum (सो ऽहम् so 'ham or so 'Hum[1]) is a Hindu mantra, meaning "I am She/He/That" in Sanskrit

it expands the chakra flow of mother and baby.

The ‘SO’ mudra is the index and middle fingers joined together to create the upper yoni (shown below) on the first breath. The second breath switch to the ‘Hum’ mudra downwards signalling the lower yoni through these chants.

You can chant for intervals of 3, 6, 9, minutes creating a rhythm of consecration.

How to practice the So Hum Chant

My Explination to mothers of the So Hum Chant

Practitioner guidance on how to chant So Hum

Inspiration on how to guide a journal practice for mothers to re wire cognition through their psyche and heart.

  • BUY TWO JOURNALS

Buy 2 journals. In journal one writes all your fears around birth and releasing your baby into its body. No longer in your safe space. Be honest about your idea of motherhood, parenthood.

Journal 1 -Your mind needs to filter out negative emotions through the hands in writing.

So it is out of the body. It is Dispersed

Journal 2 - Then rewire the brain by writing desire in the other journal talking to your baby as if it is here already. Start to write letters to the soul of your baby full of love. Your dreams and desires for the love of this child and anything you wish to say. Your baby is always listening…Spirit babies need love only!!!

Be specific about your birth and when writing feel in your nervous system how you feel about it. Your body will tell you about the birth you would like by responding in fight or flight.

The second trimester is co creating the senses with your baby. Having beautiful connective thoughts will enhance your babies idea of life. Promoting self love in the womb.

  • OBSERVE

10 moons of pregnancy are rhythmic cycles of emotion.

As the babies subconscious is formed through your body each moon.

Observe the moon in her light and darkness as she waxes and wanes. Feel that in your body. It will give you the signal of how your biology corresponds to your thoughts. Observe your emotional waves and understand your negative emotions of anger, frustration, depression etc.

Your emotion waves in alignment with the moon tides. How do you feel during the month in relation to your body expanding into pregnancy ? How does your body respond? Inflammation, pain, sadness, attachment fluid retention.

These are all indications of your idea of woman/ motherhood and who you are in relation to creation and birthing.

Notice how you feel sexually in connection to your libido during waxing and waning phase. What sounds in relation to your sexual energy flow do you have.

How do you feel in your vitality during the waxing and waning phases. Start to recognise, connect and adapt your lifestyle to meet your bodies rhythms of motherhood.

  • RE COG NISE

Once you recognise and realise your emotions in relation to the moon phases of waxing and waning.

Choose how to feel everyday instead of just seeing what the day brings. as if your child/ren were already here and you are setting an example of how to live and enjoy life. Simple things like breath, evoking love within you is what your baby needs to hear and feel from your movement and emotional expression.

Do not supress negativity. Acknowledge it and bring your awareness to neutrality through directing it through your thoughts and acknowledge it as a part of you. By doing this it is neutralised .

Once you feel comfortable with this. You are able to choose how to feel daily to maximise joy , love and compassion for yourself.

So that your nervous system is not always reactive into survival and starts to thrive. This is entrainment.

Your baby is learning from you. This not about perfection . It is about connection.
