Due to Patient/Client confidentiality we have listed the outcomes of healing through KMRT® Kinaesthetic listening and in due course share testimonials should the patient /client wish to share their stories. Since 2010 Darshna has worked with many women healing fertility, reproductive issues like endometriosis, PCOS, thyroid function, healing from Miscarriage , birth loss, fibroids, Anaemia, Dysmenorrhoea, Amenorrhoea and more through Ayurveda and energetic healing which led to her creation of KMRT® Kinaesthetic Listening.
The most common denominator of these women is a suffered trauma unconsciously, (Including sexual trauma) themes of generational patterns within as a somatic response to situations , the ability to form healthy relationships with the body and other people . A lack of self awareness with their own menstrual rhythm cycles of health and hormones. Their emotional nature and relationship with themselves. These are within the unconscious or subconscious mind following habitual patterns of which the body responds through that level of awareness.
Now training other Soulful Doulas through our diploma training where they become Guides of feminine embodiment as KMRT® Kinaesthetic Listening practitioners who administer these Holistic practices to heal the body mind and soul for those who wish to rebirth from trauma, grief and disease. To become whole meaning to create relationship with the incoming soul of their babies during pre conception, pregnancy and birth into family life.
Sharing here our collective field of healing and since 2022 some of the results through case studies and client sessions.

Sophia’s journey with KMRT® began in 2019 when she joined CWBS to study the Soulful Doula Diploma which was back then in CPD format in three separate courses. Once completed in 2020 she has offered sessions in self love, connection and embodiment . Body mind and soul connection. She has held circles with the most successful and profound being Luna Soma in 2022. During which women have become mothers, had phenomenal experiences and deep releases of held trauma.
This year in 2023 she has and is guiding the spirit to earth babies here as a birth guardian co taught retreats and circles for women

I moved from a sense of feeling slight doubt after the transmission to a deep faith in what this modality can do. I think because it is so subtle, I never know if it will work, but it was clear that the session really allowed women a space to drop into feeling and to cognise these responses. I was amazed at the ease and enjoyment I felt in preparation and also delivery of the meditation and how deep the reflections and experiences were. It really stood out as a starting point for honest and vulnerable sharing in the group and I had personal conversations with so many of the women about their experiences that then left to sharing more in support of their experiences. I felt proud of myself and in celebration of all the soulful doulas knowing we all hold this beautiful gift. All of you were with me and I saw how far this modality can go in the world. I understood how this works without retraumatising the body, so powerful to feel and experience the light touch and deep impact KMRT® has. I really remembered that I was leading the group to lead themselves, and this allowed me to enjoy the meditation while I led everyone through it and minimised me over holding which in the past has led me to feeling emptiness after a session. I felt full, bright and energised afterwards and this was so affirming to feel so my body has a positive somatic response to holding and integrating before and after I hold space. I focussed on my pleasure throughout the retreat and as a result I loved dong it.

Throughout the course her cocreation as a mother and soul connections she was receiving downloads from her kin.

What led her to the Soulful Doula Course
Her connection to her bio rhythm and awareness in cycles and stages of a women’s life.
Her moon in connection to her sun. Comprehending the power of synergy
During the cell and the soul learning Jessica travelled deeply through her womb consciousness with her children. Healing was taking place on many levels. Her son Sanjay had a pre natal memory whilst in water. His body movements and expressions as shown in the video.
Art is a therapy in itself and used as a visual tool for self realising emotions, connection and altered states of consciousness. Jessica explains in each video the reason and expression for each painting and also a way of connecting to her clients. The way she perceived the learning of KMRT® Kinaesthetic Listening and was inspired greatly by the course notebooks as the visual language and sound through the mudra.

How we met and her experience of KMRT®
My meeting with Darshna occurred a few years ago when I was conducting a research on conscious conception: how do modern couples prepare for pregnancy?
I got wildly inspired by her work where ancient eastern wisdom practices was represented in artistic expression; KMRT®️ ignited all my senses!
At that time I had already established my individual doula practice, and felt quite confident in it.
My desire to obtain the information from the Souls' perspective was so strong, that I got pregnant myself, unplanned. The pregnancy didn't last very long; I had a miscarriage. I was defeated physically and it took me months to recover naturally. The relationship with my partner of 10 years was ending... I stood on the edge of the precipice and made that jump not to know if I would die or fly...
From the common point of view the experience seems painful and drastic. It was. But from my Soul perspective I opened to observe the flow of Creation; I surrendered to its divine power; I manifested new reality and re-birthed myself through density into new timeline of immediate reality...
From the moment I have started the training at The Conscious Womb Birthing School, "doula" is not an occupation anymore.
It is a conscious practice of harnessing the energy of creation through devotion, Sadhana, returning to naked and neutral states, learning receptiveness to the sounds of the cell and Soul, serving and receiving in endless circuit with gratitude to Self.
Trust to move away from mental constructs to integrate the Light coming in through transmission; embrace the incarnation through greatest awe of Divine manifestation.
There is so much mystery of cosmic presence and Earth blueprint within us waiting to be discovered.

This expression of her art came through after a training session and is named
‘The Gift Of Receiving’
From discussion and 1st trine practice. Each Soulful Doula is downloading their connection to kundalini embodiment. Arriving at some junctions to understand her level of receiving love and gift of her own sacred feminine she painted her acknowledgement from her conscious womb.
Each Soulful doula interprets her esoterica in many ways . ‘The Vessel’ below. The making of Audrey’s vessel as described in her last live session. It became an analogy for her when she began her yoga training 4 years and joining us gave her the feminine counterpart to unite and become whole in union.
She describes the lump of clay she started with then started to mould it through her vibration as she sculpted her being ness the vessel took shape. Her octave within the vessel shaped itself through oscillation and when it was finished she arrived. Her love story of herself. The resonance of eons forming a new feminine.
Every translation is unique to each artist of the sacred feminine within the inner shaman of each wo/man. Each doula in the group inspires the other. She becomes are reflective mirrors and support. Creating symbiosis through wisdom and our collective power each one is an artist.

Audrey is a yoga teacher as well as an artist she is combining the structural posture yoga with KMRT® Kinaesthetic Listening to merge masculine and feminine aspects of union within the body mind and soul.

The mother Angel had a profound deep journey with her son in utero and a beautiful quick homebirth well into post partum becoming self realised in her parenting and family relationships through KMRT® Kinaesthetic Listening with Bernadette.

We have added Death Doula as a dimension to the Soulful Doula KMRT® practitioner offerings.
Below there are images of Bernadette and i working with a mother who is a post partum bereavement mother. Her baby did not come to fruition in this physical world for health reasons but her body was still in mother mode.
her response body mind and soul was remarkable and big shifts of trauma release in one KMRT® Kinaesthetic Listening session.
We feel the system has no place to support Post partum bereavement. Hence we are now offering it.
Altered states of consciousness in meditative states as the body released trauma from a somatic response to the guided KMRT® technique. She moved from grief to a neutral zone where her body reached Homeostasis.
She felt she could move on by honouring the soul she grew in her body in acknowledgement. To then look forward to healing.
‘ In terms of changes I definitely feel more in sync with my surroundings and nature especially as seasons have changed.’
She is going to continue the breathwork and be more connected to herself.

The wolves took a blade to her
To “save” my baby
(And condemn me to Hell)
How could I have
I held the blade to her
Every time I didn’t listen to her wisdom
Or heed her calls for rest
Every time I cursed my sacred bleed
And all she connected me to
Every time I dismissed the milky mucus as disgusting
Every time I “stuffed a cork” in her
Instead of let her flow
The myriad of roads and choices
That led to her silencing and self-harm
It’s no wonder
She needed to breathe
Inhale the oxygen she felt so starved of
And scream her rage through an open wound
Rather than a slow drip
I’m listening now
She can’t and won’t be silenced anymore
